Pet Policy

Waters at Berryhill offers pet-friendly living in Columbia, SC with no size or weight restrictions. The types of animals allowed may include housebroken dogs, cats, and service animals, as well as caged animals. No more than two animals per unit and no animal offspring are allowed at any property. Caged animals must remain in their cages, meet the city code, and be licensed. Breed restrictions will apply to all communities.
